The Heartland Beef Box includes 12 lbs of melt-in-your-mouth angus beef.  The cuts in this box will change each month, but you will always get the following: 

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef (in convenient 1 lb packages)
  • 5 lbs of Savory Cuts - cuts may include: Chuck roast, Rump roast, Sirloin Tip roast, Shank roast, Stew meat (in convenient 1 lb packages), Cube Steak and Half brisket
  • 5 lbs of Premium Steaks - cuts may include: Filet Mignon, New York Strip Steak, Ribeye, Petite Top Sirloin Steak, Round Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Hanger Steak, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak

So good!!!

I've only had the hamburger box and heartland beef box. Everything was delicious! I'm excited to try other boxes soon. So much better than anything you can buy at a store

Wow!

This is by far the best beef I’ve had in a long time! Absolutely delicious!! We had the ribeye tonight, and this was the first time no one in my family was looking for sauce or extra seasoning. The flavor of the beef is fantastic on its own. I feel so good feeding this beef to my family, because I know the cattle are well cared for on this farm. Jen sends regular emails with fascinating information about how cattle are raised and handled, as well as occasional updates about life on their family farm. It’s so nice to purchase something that has been produced with so much love and care,.

Lovely family products and service!

I am a new subscriber. So far we've tried the stew meat, 'sandwich' steak, and ribeye. It was so fresh and juicy! Everyone enjoyed it and our friend wanted to know where he could buy some! As for the ease of delivery service: the box was actually delivered a day sooner than promised. Each piece or two pieces of meat were separately labeled and freezer packed and ready to store or thaw. I'm excited to try the tallow products in a future shipment.
