25% Savory Cuts - Approximately 14 lbs of the following: Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Rump Roast, Shank Roast (approximately 2.5 lbs each), Stew Meat in convenient 1 lb packages, Cube Steaks, Half Brisket

25% Mouth Watering Steaks - Approximately 14 lbs of the following: New York Strip Steaks, Filet Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Petite Top Sirloin Steaks, Round Steaks, Flat Iron Steaks, Skirt, Flank, Hanging Tender (most steaks are 1 inch thick and 2 steaks per package)

An eighth beef requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space. This can fit in a fridge/freezer combo.

Indescribably yummy beef!

So far we haven’t made much of a dent in our freezer supply of 55 pounds of delicious Family Traditions Beef, but what we’ve eaten so far—about four pounds of tasty hamburger and a scrumptious 3 pound rump roast I cooked with veggies and beef broth in a crock pot then used the drippings for pan gravy—melt in your mouth—has been amazing! Prior to the 1/8 Beef we’ve also ordered the Midwest’s Best Box as a bimonthly subscription and have been extremely pleased with all the cuts of beef and pork—ribeye, filet, and strip steaks, sirloin roast, pork and beef burgers, pork sausage and brats, and more. We highly recommend it all! The unbelievable labor of love that Jennifer and Don and their wonderful family put into raising their cattle and growing crops is apparent in the fun and informative email newsletters from Jennifer and in the quality and taste of their beef (and pork from the neighboring ranch). You can’t go wrong with Family Traditions!
