Our quarter beef is approximately 110 lbs and includes approximately the following: 

50% Premium Ground Beef - Approximately 55 lbs Ground Beef - 85/15 blend - in convenient 1 lb packages (cut from a single animal)

25% Savory Cuts - Approximately 28 lbs of the following: Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Rump Roast, Shank Roast (approximately 2.5 lbs each), Stew Meat (in convenient 1 lb packages), Cube Steaks, Half Brisket.

25% Mouth Watering Steaks - Approximately 28 lbs of the following: New York Strip Steaks, Filet Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Petite Top Sirloin Steaks, Round Steak, Flat Iron Steaks, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Hanging Tender (most steaks are 1 in thick and 2 steaks per package)

A quarter beef requires about 4 cubic feet of freezer space.
