Our Whole beef is approximately 440 lbs and includes approximately the following: 

50% Premium Ground Beef - Approximately 220 lbs Ground Beef - 85/15 blend - in convenient 1 lb packages (cut from a single animal)

25% Savory Cuts - Approximately 110 lbs of the following: Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Rump Roast, Shank Roast (approximately 2.5 lbs each), Stew Meat (in convenient 1 lb packages), Cube Steaks, Half Brisket

25% Mouth Watering Steaks - Approximately 110 lbs of the following: New York Strip Steaks, Filet Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Petite Top Sirloin Steaks, Round Steak, Flat Iron Steaks, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak or Hanging Tender. (most steaks are 1 inch thick and 2 steaks per package)

A whole beef requires about 16 cubic feet of freezer space.
